Size Difference
First picture shows much larger size of rocket. As the avatar goes far from the rocket the size of the rocket gets smaller as shown in second picture.
Occlusion
First picture shows outside of the building which the avatar is blocked by the wall and second picture shows inside of the building.
Lighting and Shading
For first picture, the object with sunshine shows much brighter and left-side of the object seems darker. Also, second picture shows brighter sides and shaded sides of the objects.
Texture Density
The blocks under the avatar seems much larger and less denser. However, blocks that are far away from the avatar seems much denser. In fact, both blocks are identical in size, shapes, and density.
Linear Perspective
Two walls are actually parallel. However, the end of the walls seem narrower and converge while starting point of walls seems wider.
Atmospheric Perspective
The tree seems clearer, brighter, and sharper in first picture. However, the second picture seems unclear compared to first one due to the distance.
